Century capital and Eigen are the same. They have many names under same bosses and use the same license number. I used their Assisteel UK limited (MT4) and moved to their MT5 available ( Century capital ) (cctfx.com). Please go and read that century capital website too. exactly the same like Eigen international. Actually I wanted to say this broker is good during my trading period. But they haven't given me my first withdrawal request that I made on 10 July 2020 ( today is already 22 July ). 11 days already. Moreover, on the 15th July 2020 ( night , I won a lot after I chose the very high risk amount trading , luckily I won a lot ), they suddenly blocked/disabled my account after that day I won until now. I tried to contact the customer service, reply is please wait , still investigation. I wonder why my first withdrawal is also not yet coming to me as I requested many days already athough they investigating my account detail recently due to high winning.Sad thing is I cannot login to my account at least because they disable it. But I have all records screenshots luckily i saved. My account number is 12201958. I am waiting for their honest response soon and at least my withdrawal. I didn't do anything wrong to them and I did very honest trading using my efforts and studies. I don't want to say them " scam ".
