I made the change with the assistance of Telegram support. However, on September 18, I tried to withdraw my funds of $7700 USDT, but the system does not allow me to do so. I contacted Telegram support and they informed me that according to the "International Digital Currency Tax Protection Law," I had to pay 4045.3 USDT, which is a 28% personal income tax on my earnings.
