ACM is not regulated by any financial authority, which poses a risk for traders. Without regulation, there is no guarantee that ACM is following the necessary standards to protect traders and their funds. In my opinion, this lack of regulation is a major drawback. When logging into ACM login, I would want reassurance that my funds are safe and protected, something that an unregulated broker cannot guarantee.
