Complaint about Axi Forex Platform Refusing Withdrawal I recently opened an account on the Axi Forex platform, with MT4 account number 80000217, and deposited $3,000. However, when I submitted a withdrawal request on August 14, 2025, the platform created numerous difficulties and has so far refused to transfer my funds out. The details are as follows: 1. On August 15, 2025, I received the first email from the platform, requesting that I provide a bank statement and a video of myself holding my ID document. I submitted these promptly as required. 2. On August 26, 2025, I received the second email from the platform, requesting a payslip. I clearly replied that I do not have a payslip. 3. On August 27, 2025, I received the third email from the platform, requesting unreasonable materials such as an employment agreement. I have clearly explained that my deposited funds are personal savings accumulated over many years and not salary income. However, the platform continues to willfully create difficulties, repeatedly making unreasonable or even non-existent demands. This is clearly an excuse, with the actual intention of embezzling client funds. The back-and-forth communications with the platform have exhausted me both physically and mentally. Based on the above, I have decided to expose the platform's malicious behavior. Here I remind all investors: Axi Forex is a scam platform. Do not be deceived!
