I was scammed out of more than $90,000 on IQ Option. I would place a trade and they would end up entering up to 10 at once, and magically it would result in losses. I contacted support, they ran some tests, and supposedly everything was fine. I continued to trust them and continued to have the same problems until they burned through my entire balance. I complained and asked them to please give me my money back, and they don't respond. Now I don't know what to do. to get my money back. Can anyone help me? Never trust this platform. I deposited $187 via Binance TRC20 on IQ Option. They gave me a 200% bonus, and I traded for one month. Through real trading, I made a real profit and my real balance became $336 (excluding bonus). My total balance shown was $716 including the bonus. I then canceled the bonus, but IQ Option removed my entire balance and set my account balance to $0. This is completely unacceptable and violates basic financial rules because: 1. My $187 deposit is real money and must not be removed under bonus terms. 2. My $336 profit was earned through real trading activity and should not be deleted. 3. Bonus cancellation can only remove the bonus amount – not REAL funds or REAL profits. I do not have a screenshot of the $716 balance because IQ Option does not provide any confirmation message or popup during bonus cancellation. But I have: - Binance TRC20 deposit proof ($187) - Trading history showing 1 month of real activity - Current balance showing $0 - Bonus history showing activation

Iq option should be one of the biggest brokers in the world atm, because only in 2024 the total number of users was more than 100 million… Now they are in collaboration with my fav mclaren. All in all, the trust is over the roof. The trading conditions are decent too, especially the returns are high for forex pairs.

think that correction at crypto market is a temporary thing, and btc will be back to its previous highs...however I still think there will be resistance at 120k level and it will be in the sidedways mode before establishing a new trend... IT is great to have multiple crypto coins available for trading here. THe platform is smooth, no bugs at all

The best contact method is by email. This is where they take every enquiry seriously and you get the best answer. Not to mention that you will have a written record to keep if your question is something important not just info. And in my experience, they replay pretty quickly, most of the times the same day

Their trading platform is sooo good for trading. It’s kind of unique, it doesn’t look like tradingview, not it looks like metatrader. It’s a custom platform and designers made it in their own way, which ended up being beautiful. I’m trading a eur/usd pair, it’s moving nice recently to catch some moves.

Hard to find an analogue to this platform. Yeah this is by far the best feature of the broker. For some time I was looking for a platform that can compete with MT, in terms of charting tools and indicators, with fresher design. Find one in iqoption. I even managed to create my special RSI custom indicator through the relatively simple script mechanics of the platform. It worked pretty smooth, no freezes.

My last withdrawal of 30 USD did not arrive in my account.

I invested 20 dollars on the platform, and in a short time, I managed to amass up to 51.38 dollars. I wished to withdraw them and was met with an outright block! I am unable to either deposit or withdraw. The attempts I made to withdraw to my cards were "unsuccessful." I sought assistance from technical support, but they have not paid me any attention or responded. Days have passed and I have received zero information. The transaction marked as "unsuccessful" didn't even show up in my bank transactions. IQ option didn't even bother to provide me with an exact reason and simply blocked my account. I am verified and all that but to no avail. Considering the reviews, it seems to be a scam where they let you earn a certain amount and then hit you with excuses as to why you can't withdraw. Moreover, they accept your deposit in minutes but then have you waiting days for withdrawal or a response from support. Allegedly, you get three free withdrawals. I made two and now it's stating that I don't have any left. I tried to withdraw using another method, but all options were blocked. Given the poor reputation of IQ option, I prefer to take action now.
