At 14:00 on December 31, Horseforex froze my account inexplicably. After I inquired many times, Horseforex sent me an email, saying that I was using EA for trading illegally. Actually, EA trading is allowed according to its report on WikiFX. But I haven’t used it at all. Since then, Horseforex hasn’t contacted me yet. Hope you know the lowdown on this platform.

I registered 2 accounts for trading, during which I made constant losses, and I added fund continuously. Having adjusted for while, I continued to trade on February 12nd and suffered a loss of $2500 or so. I wasn’t satisfied with it and added $1000 on 13rd, with $1500 left in the account. I bought long on XAU/USD and closed the position at the peak. Later, I reduced the trading to maintain profiting. On 27th and 28th, I closed the position of XAU/USD due to fluctuation. The profit plus fortunate, I began buying long on XAU/USD with take-profit and stop-loss price, but made a loss of $500. After dinner, I found that I couldn’t log in to my account, which wasn’t caused by network. I sent email to the customer service, they replied that my account was suspected of illegal trading. I have traded in Horseforex for 6 months or so and never encountered with it. Without my permission, the platform banned my account and withheld my fund. The low minimum deposit and high leverage are attractive, but the lack of regulation is a big downside. The MetaTrader platforms are solid, but the limited educational resources and customer support can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re comfortable with the risks.

I deposited more than $1300 and made profits. But I was unable to withdraw and the account was blocked by the platform. There was no response.

On 5.23, Horseforex emailed me saying that I had violated the rules, that I have used arbitrage robots, and profited by delaying the quotation. My MT4 account was blocked directly, and I was also forbidden to log in in the back end. I contacted Horseforex and asked them to take out my transaction list and provide evidence of my violation. Horseforex did not respond. If I could use these, would I lose two years before using it? Could it be that Horseforex can only lose money, not earn money, and if it makes money, it is an illegal operation? Loss is correct operation? And what I pay out is still my own principal. Isn't that all right? From 5.23 till now, I contact Horseforex every day without any response. Do you just want to eat the client's principal directly like this? Horseforex, pay back my principal and hard-earned money.
