The deposit/withdrawal operation was ok for the first 3 months, but come April, it redirects to a different webpage asking for login, and the previous login details for Verbo no longer worked. Now, I have no idea where the deposited money went!

Scam platform, they shut down the website and then reopened, deleting user accounts and not allowing users to withdraw funds.

Scam - Karma will catch up with these fraudsters... The link still leads to Verbo platform, but they've changed their name... Everyone, please be aware and avoid these platforms.

I am a customer with ID 685875 on the Verbo platform and made a deposit on January 15, 2025, with $4000. I managed to increase it to $15000, then the IB and the platform started to set traps as shown in the image. My account and ID were targeted when they saw that I had $15000. They started to widen the spread and the IB intervened to burn my account. Currently, the platform shows signs of fraud, with images of spreads reaching up to 3 times the value of 1 lot, causing me to lose $100 when there is a deviation like that, and $300 for 1 lot when the spread widens. This caused me to burn out, but the platform still continues to operate.

This brokerage is a scam, only deposits are accepted and withdrawals are not possible. The platform and its representatives use tactics that caused me to lose all of my account balance.

However, this is an unscrupulous platform that only allows deposits without withdrawals. I tested withdrawing 50-100 USD and it worked, but larger withdrawals were not allowed. Every time I placed a withdrawal order, this QUANG HÙNG person immediately messaged me to cancel the order. Due to trust, I followed their advice and ended up burning my account three times. One time was 2,600 USD, another time was 1,500 USD, and the last time was 15,000 USD. After these three losses, they still messaged me to deposit more funds so they could help recover the lost amount.

The person from Verbo Capital deliberately placed orders to burn my account. The platform intervened and increased my spread to 33 pips, causing my account to be depleted. They linked my account to another account without my consent, with the purpose of preventing me from withdrawing money and then placing orders to deplete my account. I request a refund of the amount I have deposited. If not resolved, I will file a complaint with the police, the court, and all relevant authorities.
