Das ist gut, wenn ich FxPro nutze, die Plattform, alles schön verbreitet. Aber wenn ich versuche, eine Auszahlung zu beantragen, lehnen sie sie immer wieder ab, ohne einen Grund anzugeben. Ich habe auch eine E-Mail an den Support geschickt, aber seit mehr als 3 Tagen keine Antwort. Sie sagen immer, mir fehlen einige Dokumente, sagen aber nicht, welche. Obwohl ich einen Nachweis über den Telefonbesitz eingereicht habe, versuchen sie nicht einmal, mich zur Verifizierung anzurufen, damit ich eine Auszahlung beantragen kann. Ich finde niemanden, der mir im Live-Chat hilft, sie sagen mir immer nur, ich solle warten.

withdrawal rejected for no reason and no assist

That’s good when I using FxPro, the platform, spread all nice. But when I try to request withdrawal, they keep rejecting without giving any reason. I email to the support email also no response more than 3 days, they keep saying I lack some documents, and don’t tell me what’s it. Even though I submitted phone ownership proof, they also don’t try to call me for verification to let me request withdrawal. I can’t find any one assistance me in live chat, keep telling me to wait.
