I made a withdrawal of $2,800 last month July 24,2020. Up to this time Aug 29,2020, my bank in the Philippines has not received the money. I tried contacting the manager assigned to me but she would not take my calls. I tried the chat portal but all I was told is to contact my manager. I am not sure how to proceed.
