Compensation for financial losses, missed trading opportunities, medical costs, and reputational damage remains unresolved. Deriv breached its own Terms & Conditions on safeguarding, complaint handling, and transparency. Clients should be warned that the “Most Transparent Broker” award is misleading when refund and redress come only under regulatory pressure.
