It's definitely not great. I wasn't very trusting of this broker from the start. When withdrawals are rejected, they provide detailed reasons, like "Credit card account name doesn't match account name" or "ID card expired." This is much better than just "approval failed." Last time, my withdrawal was rejected due to an expired ID, but after following the prompts to update it, it was quickly approved. This clear guidance is very thoughtful and saved me a lot of trouble.
