Yes, Midas Exchange (HK Jinxiang International Limited) is regulated by the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society (CGSE) in Hong Kong. It holds a Type AA License (License No. 129), which provides a certain level of legitimacy. While I feel a bit more secure knowing that they are regulated by CGSE, I would still be cautious given that it’s not one of the major financial regulators like the FCA or ASIC.
