Regulation details show that the New Zealand broker GC Group had its head office at Level 3, 51 Hurstmere Rd, Takapuna Auckland. Sent its survey staff to this place for a field investigation.

According to the address, the surveyors successfully found the office building. A floor guide in the lobby on the ground floor confirmed that GC Group was located on the Third Floor.

The survey staff took an elevator to the Third Floor. No sooner had they got out of the elevator than they noticed a logo of GC Group.

Getting out of elevator, the surveyors turned right and passed a corridor. They saw many photos and awards displayed on the walls beside. According to these displays, the whole Third Floor belongs to GC Group. 

At the end of the corridor is the office of GC Group. Entering the office, the first things coming into sight were a logo of the company, the reception area with two seats and a traders office with about five seats. Surveyors were then shown around the CEO’s office by the company’s staff.

GC Group’s staff took the surveyors to the tea room and the meeting room afterwards, and allowed them to take photos of the rest area.

The surveyors also shoot a picture of the balcony at the premise which has a spectacular view over the sea. The office was estimated to accommodate around 20 employees.

Conclusion

A field survey confirmed that the actual address of GC Group was consistent with that shown in its regulation details.
