On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory record to a modern office building. The office of Trust Capital TC was located near the Limassol Courthouse in Cyprus, 50 meters from Limassol Promenadel, with excellent location and convenient transportation. Further, the Limassol City Park was at the side of the building.

The surveyors contacted Trust Capital TC's Marketing Department through the access control system. And the staff allowed the team to enter the company for a visit. The company name was found on the directory of lobby, which matched the disclosed floor.

Entering the company, the staff of Trust Capital TC welcomed the survey team and allowed them to take internal photos. 

Passing by the aisle wall, the surveyors saw the company logo, which put their company name cleverly together. They didn't know if it was a coincidence, but it looked very much like the Chinese character for coin.

The office environment was comfortable and cosy where the staff were actively exchanging their business. Looking around, the whole office was in good order with 4-5 offices inside. Also, it was learned that the office had a total of about 15 work stations.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyors’ site visit that Trust Capital TC’s office was indeed located at the regulatory address. The office was conveniently located and well decorated. Visually, there were 15 employees on duty, and the staff were all active and enthusiastic. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
