Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of Black River is Level 22, 120 Albert Street Auckland Central Auckland 1010. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Led by the navigation, the investigation staff found the ordinary office building effortlessly.

Exclusive

Afterwards the investigation staff went into the office building and took the elevator for 16-24th level and eventually arrived at 22nd floor. The staff raked around the level for the broker’s office but found nothing.

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of Black River is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information.Its alleged FSPR licence(No.403326) was proved to be a cloned licence.
