After communication, the staff informed them that there was no company named Venex Group.

No signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building. Upon entering, there were no company directories or logos visible inside either. Since we were informed that the company did not exist, it was impossible to reach the specific floor or confirm its exact location, thereby preventing access to the company premises. Consequently, we could not photograph the reception area or its logo, and the office in question was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby of the building, it is impossible to obtain more information about the company's interior, so it cannot be determined whether its internal environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker Venex Group does not exist at the above address.
