This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to visit the brokerage KENKO. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 18 Vlasovskaya Street, Arshi Tectora, Moscow, Russia (117393).

Dedicated to the well-being of investors, the professional inspection team conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of KENKO based on the aforementioned address.

The inspection team traveled to the building at 18 Vlasovskaya Street, Arshi Tectora, Moscow. This area is relatively remote, surrounded by low-rise buildings and residential facilities, and lacks a strong business atmosphere. From the building's exterior, the surveyors were able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building. However, after a thorough inspection of all visible areas, including the exterior walls and entrances, no KENKO-related company signs, logos, or office directions were found.

The surveyors attempted to enter the building lobby but were unsuccessful, making it impossible to verify the presence of company signs. The KENKO logo was also absent from the building's interior or exterior. Due to the lack of building access, the surveyors were unable to determine the specific floor, confirm the office location, or enter the alleged company. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, finding no trace of the company's actual presence. The location was confirmed to be not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of operating as a shared workstation.

The surveyors conducted a comprehensive search of the area surrounding the address and the target building, finding no evidence of KENKO's presence, further confirming the fraudulent nature of the address.

Thus, the survey confirmed that KENKO did not have a physical business location.
