The inspection team continued its field survey campaign. In this session, it sent its team to Australia to visit XinHui Global. 

Office

According to the address provided by the company, XinHui Global had its head office at Governor Phillip Tower Level 49, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney.The inspection team sent its survey staff there for a field investigation. 

The surveyors were able to locate the building at the junction of Young St and Bent St, as was indicated by the address information.

This relatively new office building occupies a large space.

The surveyors rushed into the office building and checked the floor guide in the lobby. They found no information about XinHui Global. To double check, the surveyors still took an elevator to the 49th Floor as the address says, and searched all over that floor, yet still no outcome. 

Conclusion

The inspection team did not find XinHui Global’s physical presence after conducting a field survey according to the address the company claimed. The broker claims to hold a full license from the Australia ASIC (225973).
