Office

According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at 3-3-23, Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka. The surveyor visited the broker.

In order to complete the inspection, the surveyor found the office building indicated by the regulation information. The building, although not very near the downtown, looked quite imposing.

The surveyor entered the office building and was informed from the floor directory at the first floor that the broker had an office at the 19th floor.

The surveyor then took the elevator to the 19th floor and walked to the entrance of the brokers office according to the direction notified by an arrow on the floor directory at the aisle.

The door was ajar. The surveyor stood beside the door and found there were about 20 cubicles after looking around the entire office. It was a pity that the surveyor couldnt enter the office to learn about its real situation.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed the authenticity of the brokers regulatory address. The broker held a retail forex license issued by FSA. Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
