The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. The company's logo is clearly visible on the exterior of the building. The panoramic view of the building is also clearly visible.

The field survey personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor, the surveyor was unable to enter the interior because the security guard said the building was closed. However, the surveyor was able to take photos of the reception desk and its logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, the field investigator observed that the company's internal office environment was bustling, and the overall environment matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer RongViet Securities exists at the aforementioned address.
