To help investors have good knowledge of regulated brokers in Cyprus, the survey team this time visited FXPN, a broker based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Regulatory information

According to the regulatory information, the broker FXPN has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at 88, Agias Fylaxeos, Zavos City Center - 4th Floor, P. O. Box 56943, CY-3311 Limassol.

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to an office building located at 88, Agias Fylaxeos, Limassol, Cyprus. The building named "Zavos City Center" stands out in the street and looks quite high-end. Entering the building, the team didn’t find the logo or other information of FXPN on the directory beside elevator. Instead, there is a logo of Leverate.       

To further verify whether FXPN works here, the team came to the 4th floor where there is a logo of Leverate at the door of Room 401. In the end, the team was told by the staff that FXPN and Leverate refer to the same company whose workplace really exists at this address.      

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the survey team’s site visit that FXPN’s office indeed is located at the regulatory address. However, it should be noted the workplace is bearing the logo of Leverate, and it is learned FXPN and Leverate refer to the same company. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
