A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Egypt to conduct an on-site verification of the trader WATHEEQA purportedly located at 4, Tawfik Diab St., Eltaamir Tower, 3rd floor, Garden City - Cairo, Egypt.

The inspector successfully arrived at Eltaamir Tower, located in the Garden City area of Cairo, Egypt, with a generally commercial atmosphere in the surrounding environment. No company signage or related information for WATHEEQA was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they were granted entry permission.

Upon arriving at the target floor (3rd floor), the field investigator found no clear signage indicating the office area of WATHEEQA. Upon reaching the specific floor, it was discovered that it was occupied by another company, and WATHEEQA was not present—indicating a false lead. Since the floor was actually the office area of another company, it was impossible to photograph WATHEEQA's reception area or logo, and the floor was not a shared office space.

Through the floor passage, the survey personnel naturally cannot observe the internal environment of the company and other situations.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer WATHEEQA does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The broker's company name and other information were not found at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine operational location.
