Inspection Reason

The inspection team continued its survey campaign to inspect the forex brokerage industry’s authenticity through finding out those dishonest brokers, which would usually give themselves away when checked addresses. For this session, The inspection team goes to New Zealand to visit EXTENX. 

Office

According to the address in this regulation details, the New Zealand broker EXTENX has its office at Suite 2, United, 43 Apollo Drive, Albany, Auckland. The survey staff paid a field visit to this place. 

With the help of map navigation, the surveyors successfully found a small two-story office building, supposedly home to the company EXTENX.

Having entered the building and searched it through, the survey staff however failed to find EXTENX’s office, but only found a fund company called SinoGreen Fund. They asked the staff at the company if EXTENX was here, and were given a negative reply.

Conclusion

A field investigation based on the address shown in its regulation details did not find EXTENX’s physical presence in New Zealand. The company claims to hold a Financial Services Provider license from the New Zealand FSPR, but a check with the authority shows that the registration and license details appear to belong to another entity. We believe that the broker is not currently under any effective regulation.
