The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the staff. After communication, they obtained entry permission.

Upon arriving at the target floor (3rd floor), the team found no clear signage or security measures indicating TFI's office area. When inquiring with the reception desk downstairs, staff stated there was no such company. With no evidence of the company's presence, the team couldn't access the interior or photograph the reception area and its logo. Additionally, this office space was not a shared workspace.

Through public areas, the team was unable to observe the internal environment and other conditions of the company. Overall, the actual situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it has been confirmed that the broker TFI does not exist at the above address.
