The verification personnel successfully arrived at the area of the target address. The surrounding environment of this location is difficult to describe overall because the broker's office does not exist. Outside the building, after a careful search, no signage or any relevant information regarding this broker was found.

The verification personnel attempted to enter the building lobby but were unable to obtain permission to enter.

As they could not enter the building, they were also unable to reach the target floor to confirm the situation of EFX's office area, and there was no situation of a shared office either.

Through observation from outside the building, the verification personnel could not ascertain details such as the company's internal environment. Upon arrival, it was confirmed to be the correct address. After a careful search, no information about this broker was found, leading to the judgment that it is false.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker EFX does not exist at the aforementioned address.
