DangerAustralia

Inspection Reason

Some investors made phone calls to the inspection team for more information of Australia licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, the survey personal went to DECFX in Australia to know more about it.

Office

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker DECFX is located at Suite 801, 3 Spring St Sydney NSW 2000. The survey personal then visited this place.

According to the map, the survey personnel successfully found the office building indicated by the regulatory information.

Then, the survey personnel entered the building and took the elevator to the 8th floor. Upon exiting the elevator, the survey personnel saw the wooden door in Room 801 and the word "fuze" on it. It is sure that Room 801 is the office of the company called “fuze” instead of the Australia licensed broker DECFX.

Conclusion

The visit by the survey personnel confirmed that the broker DECFX’s real address was inconsistent with its regulatory address. The ASIC license (reference number: 32705) and the NFA license (reference number: 0492251) claimed by this broker are suspected of being clones. Its authorized representative license issued by the ASIC (reference number: 001255941) has been cancelled. In addition, the broker’s Retail FX license ( No.IFSC/60/421/FX/15-16) authorized by Belize IFSC has also been canceled. Please be wary of any risks when trading with this broker.
