Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited Maxtra Rich as planned. Its publicly listed office address is No. 46, Chan Road, Thungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.

The survey team traveled to the aforementioned address and, upon arrival, verified that it was actually a dessert shop, with no trace of Maxtra Rich's office space. Because the location was a commercial shop, there was no corresponding “”company campus,“” and the “”company campus and street environment“” were determined to be “”non-existent.“” Furthermore, due to the limited space available at the commercial shop, the team was unable to capture a “”panoramic view of the building.“”

Further verification revealed that the dessert shop had no “”building lobby,“” preventing them from entering an office-like lobby area. No Maxtra Rich signage or logo was found on site, and no specific floor or office location information could be obtained. Furthermore, it was impossible to “”enter the company“” or “”photograph the front desk.“”

It has been confirmed that the address is not a shared office, but rather a dessert shop. Office-related information such as “”internal office environment,“” “”number of rooms,“” and “”number of workstations“” cannot be verified. The “”No Entry“” notice is actually due to “”no broker's office space.“”

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that the broker, Maxtra Rich, does not exist at the stated address, and the address information does not match the on-site inspection form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Maxtra Rich as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
