The surrounding environment of the location was relatively ordinary, with no obvious commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel attempted to enter the building but found the main door locked and inaccessible. Upon inquiring with a passerby nearby, they were informed that it was only residential housing, casting doubt on the authenticity of the broker.
