Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

The survey team planned to visit the broker Vertical Markets in Hong Kong for this edition. According to public information, its office address is 15A, 52 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

With the investor's interest in mind, the professional survey team carried out a field survey on Vertical Markets based on the above address.

The surveyors arrived at the building at 52 Hung To Road in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The building, which is located near the Kwun Tong MTR station, looks relatively new. The company campus and street environment is average and it is conveniently located. From outside the building, the surveyors were able to clearly take a full view shot of the building, but didn't find any signs related to Vertical Markets.

The surveyors tried to enter the building lobby, but were unsuccessful. Subsequently, they took the elevator directly to the 15th floor by other means. After arrival, they closely inspected the floor but found no information related to Vertical Markets. There were also no logos of the company inside the building, thus the specific location couldn't be confirmed. Therefore, they could not enter the company's interior and naturally couldn't photograph the front desk and its logo. It was confirmed that the location is not a shared office, further verifying that Vertical Markets does not actually operate here.

Therefore, it is concluded from the survey that the broker Vertical Markets does not have an actual place of business.
