Process

This issue follows the planned on-site visit to Greece to inspect the forex brokerDΥΝΑΜΙΚΗ. Public records indicate its office address is Αθήνα, Λ. Συγγρού 223 & Τράλλεων 2, 171 21, Νέα Σμύρνη.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Greece to conduct on-site verification of the trader DΥΝΑΜΙΚΗ claiming to be located at Αθήνα, Λ. Συγγρού 223 & Τράλλεων 2, 171 21, Νέα Σμύρνη.

The team has successfully arrived at the target location. The surrounding environment is unknown, and the commercial atmosphere is difficult to assess. No signage or relevant information about the broker was found on the exterior of the building.

The team attempted to enter the building lobby but failed to obtain access permission. Without being able to enter the premises, it was naturally impossible to verify whether the company's nameplate was present inside the building.

Due to the inability to enter the building, it was impossible to reach the target floor, let alone verify whether there were clear signage or security measures in the DΥΝΑΜΙΚΗ office area. Additionally, this location is not a shared office space.

The on-site inspection team found no information about the broker and determined that the broker's address was fictitious. Therefore, the post-inspection verification confirms that broker DΥΝΑΜΙΚΗ does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
