Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team visited the broker Hendry-fx in Hong Kong as planned, with its office address publicly listed as Room B, 5th Floor, Gaylord Commercial Building, 114-118 Lockhart Road, Hong Kong.

With a commitment to responsible investment, the professional surveying team conducted an on-site check on Hendry-fx using the above address.

Surveyors arrived at the Gaylord Commercial Building on Lockhart Road in Hong Kong. The building is relatively old and overcrowded, with narrow corridors and small elevators. From outside the building, there was no signage of Hendry-fx visible.

Surveyors entered the building lobby, which was run down, in alignment with the features of an old commercial building. Yet, upon checking the directory in the lobby, Hendry-fx's company name wasn't found, providing no guidance to its location.

Surveyors went to the 5th floor and verified the location of Room B, but there was no indication of Hendry-fx's presence, nor was there any company logo inside the building. Notably, surveyors found that 10 brokers had claimed addresses at this location, indicating a potential collective fraud. Therefore, surveyors couldn't enter the company, thus couldn't photograph the reception and its logo. The location isn't shared office space, further suggesting that Hendry-fx doesn't operate here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Hendry-fx does not have a real business premises.
