According to the regulatory information, the broker TTCM Traders has the license issued by CySEC and located at 3rd Floor, Thalia 3-Office Number 310-318, Limassol 3011, Cyprus. 

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory record to a modern office building. The TTCM office was located on a main street west of Limasol, with excellent location and convenient transportation. It was easy to find by street number and the company logo is prominently displayed on top of the building.

The surveyors contacted TTCM's TTCM's Marketing Department through the access control system and allowed the surveyors to enter the company for a visit. The company name was found on the directory in the elevator, which matched the disclosed floor.

The staff of TTCM Marketing Department welcomed the survey team and allowed them to take internal photos. Also, they took a group photo at the company's front desk.  

On the back wall in the aisle was their company philosophy, "Built on Trust. Investing in People.”

The office environment was comfortable and cosy where the staff were actively exchanging their business. The overall space was also spacious and bright. After consulting the marketing manager, they learned that there were about 50 employees in Cyprus.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyors’ site visit that TTCM’s office was indeed located at the regulatory address. The office was well decorated with large office space. Visually, there were 50 employees on duty, and the staff were all active and enthusiastic. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
