Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited INVESTZO as planned. Its public office address is 25 Ladprao Road, Soi 80 Yak 6, Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok, Thailand.

The survey team used Google Navigation to navigate to the aforementioned address and successfully arrived at the navigation location. They captured panoramic views of the surrounding area (due to the absence of an office building, the “”building panorama“” is recorded as a photograph of the buildings in the area). Observation revealed that the area surrounding the address is primarily residential and small shops, with no office buildings or office buildings. The “”Company Campus and Street Environment“” section was deemed “”non-existent“” due to the lack of corresponding office facilities.

The surveyors conducted a comprehensive search of the surrounding area and found no office building corresponding to “”25 Ladprao Road, Soi 80 Yak 6,“” making it impossible to find a “”building lobby“” accessible. There were no INVESTZO-related signs or logos on site, nor was it possible to obtain information about the specific floor or office location.

Due to the lack of an office building, the surveyors were unable to enter the alleged “”company interior“” or photograph the “”front desk and logo.“” They confirmed that there was no shared office space in the area. Office-related information such as the “”company's internal office environment,“” “”number of rooms,“” and “”number of workstations“” could not be verified due to the lack of a corresponding office space. The “”No Entry“” sign actually indicated the absence of an office space.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the trader INVESTZO did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the INVESTZO as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
