Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to the United Kingdom as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker CLMFX. According to public information, its office address is Official Receiver 4 Abbey Orchard St London SW1P 2HT.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded to the United Kingdom according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker CLMFX, which claims to be located at Official Receiver 4 Abbey Orchard St London SW1P 2HT.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at the target building, located in a specific area of London with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for CLMFX was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter. Upon entering the building, they found that the directory board inside contained no information about CLMFX; it only listed other companies.

As the specific floor and location could not be confirmed, the verification personnel were unable to reach the target floor and thus could not confirm whether the office area of CLMFX had clear signage or security measures. Simultaneously, since no company-related information was found, they naturally could not enter the company's interior, could not photograph the reception desk, and the office space was not a shared office.

From the lobby area, the verification personnel were unable to observe the interior situation of CLMFX company. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker CLMFX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker CLMFX in the UK as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
