Inspection Reason

The surveyors recently received a number of calls from investors requesting more surveys on those brokers with doubtful presences/identifications. As part of the efforts in response to these requests, the surveyoe visited SCM. 

Office

According to regulatory information, the purported Cyprus licensed company SCM is located at 28th October Ave 319, Limassol. The fact-finding team paid a field visit to this site.

The surveyors walked down 28th October Avenue, a gorgeous coastal drive, and before long, they found SCM's purported office building as indicated by its regulatory information.

The surveyors came to the other side of the office building, with a view of blue glass facade. The office building is in a good location.

The surveyors found SCM on a list of companies outside the office building. However, they were surprised to learn from the building’s reception-desk staff that SCM had moved away.

Conclusion

As confirmed by the surveyor after the field survey, the real address of the licensed broker SCM's Cyprus branch wasn't consistent with its regulatory license, please be wary of the broker.
