The field investigator proceeded to Asia Square Tower 2 based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer JFS BROKERS who claimed to be located at Singapore - Asia Square Tower 2, 12 Marina View, Singapore 018961.

The field investigator successfully arrived at Asia Square Tower 2, located in Singapore's bustling Marina Bay area. The surroundings are clean and prosperous, with a strong commercial atmosphere. This is one of Singapore's most luxurious office buildings. The investigator captured photos of the building's directory board but did not find any company signage or related information for JFS BROKERS on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the lobby.

However, despite entering the lobby, due to strict security measures, the survey personnel were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, and thus could not access JFS BROKERS's office area. No obvious signage of the company was found in the lobby, nor were they able to photograph the reception desk or its logo. Additionally, the office area was not a shared workspace.

Due to the inability to access the interior, the on-site inspector could not observe the internal office environment and other conditions of the company. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer JFS BROKERS does not exist at the aforementioned address.
