Recently, the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. Upon their requests, the investigation staff visited the Australia licensed broker MSG

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of the Australia licensed company MSG was: Level 13, 135 King Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

They effortlessly found the office building as the regulatory information showed and adjacent to H&M.

Subsequently, they entered the building and learned from the floor guide of the ground floor that the 13th floor belonged to the shared office of REGUS. To better accomplish the investigation task, they came to the 13th floor by elevator, and didn’t find the logo of MSG after circling around the whole floor. They enquired the receptionist of REGUS whether MSG set its office on the floor, getting a negative answer. 

Summary

It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the surveyor that the actual address of the Australia licensed broker MSG is inconsistent with that declared by the supervision agency. Although it holds two Common Financial Licenses (No. 489437)&(No. 0507345) and a Business Registration License (No. 25040 IBC 2018) issued by ASIC, NFA and FSA respectively, the supervision of FSA over the broker belongs to offshore regulatory.Please be wary of the broker.
