Regarding the TMGM platform, they only process requests once a week every Friday. Each time a new issue arises, they demand various supporting documents, which severely delays the processing progress. They claim there are issues with my trading but have not provided any evidence. Now, they are even maliciously and illegally withholding my principal. Despite my cooperation since June 27, it has been over two months, and they continue to delay the return of my principal. I opened an account and traded with TMGM on April 30, 2025, depositing a total of $10,000. On June 27, TMGM, under the pretext of a trading investigation, directly blocked my personal backend and account (the kind where you cannot even log in, let alone withdraw the principal). As of today, July 28, they have been illegally occupying my principal for over a month! The actual situation is as follows: 1. They said I traded in violation, but did not provide any evidence of violation. 2. They illegally blocked my backend and illegally occupied my funds! 3. Negotiations were fruitless; during the communication and negotiation process, they were dismissive, found various ways to request materials, changed requirements after each one, and the processing progress was delayed repeatedly.
