I deposited an amount of 18.5 USDT on 11/8/2026 at 16:25 into my account number, and the balance remained zero. After contacting the account manager, she said that this account is Archived and you must create a new account and refill the deposit to put it in. So I created a new account with a number and refilled the deposit and contacted them, but they did not return the amount nor did they deposit it into the new account..If the original account is Archived, how do they allow depositing through it and then not add it to the balance? I have attached the data of my account with TNFX company along with the deposited amount.
