Later, when I first applied for a withdrawal of $10,000 USD, the company's risk control department asked me to submit a video holding my ID card. This information had already been provided at the time of account opening along with proof of address. After a day of slow review, on December 6th, they changed their stance saying it did not comply with investment regulations and the company refused to pay any balance and froze my account. Can a regulated company just freeze user funds at any time?
