Ivy Markets automatically deletes accounts and money.

On September 18, 2024, I traded on Ivy Markets and my mt5 account was deleted by the platform, along with the deposit and withdrawal function. They embezzled 18,400 USD from my account with ID 883869. Now I cannot log in to mt5 or make deposits and withdrawals.
