The platform initially promised instant withdrawals, then promised 2-4 hours, but every withdrawal has taken at least 24 hours. My withdrawal from Friday still hasn't arrived. When I contacted customer service, they said my account was profitable, so they wouldn't process the withdrawal. When I pressed further, they said they didn't allow internal/external hedging and that I hadn't done any hedging. When I asked customer service for proof, they couldn't provide any. Furthermore, the salesperson who contacted me initially said that as long as there was no internal hedging, it would be fine. Now that I've opened an account and started trading, the platform is using hedging as an excuse to refuse withdrawals without providing any evidence. They won't even release a $1000 profit, which clearly shows that trading on this platform is a losing proposition.
