I applied for two withdrawal with a total of 1117.92 US dollars in the MT4 system of MultiBank (trading account number: 33513862) on December 3, 2021 and December 8, 2021. It has been more than half a year. Said that it would be expedited, and later said to help urge the relevant departments. The most recent time they said that their customer service can't make payments to customers. I really can't stand it, and I ask the relevant departments to solve it as soon as possible.

我在大通金融MT4系统（交易账号：33513862）2021年12月3日和2021年12月8日两笔共计申请出金1117.92美金，到现在已经半年多了，期间多次联系客服催促，开始还说会给加急处理，后来就是说帮催促相关部门，最近的一次竟然说他们客服又不能给客户打款，我实在是没法忍受了，请相关部门给予尽快解决。
