大通金融无法出金问题

大通在中国特别是咱们平台的客诉也是集中的。我也是受害者之一。去年11月被MBG转到大通后，承诺半年内解决完中国用户问题，可是自今年3月后，再无音讯。给MultiBank发邮件，得到的回复就是“尽快”“知晓”，如下图。目前我的账户：88831749，剩余金额979.94美金，无法出金。截图如下，哪怕收取一定的中间费用，比如5%或10%，请把我们的钱顺利还给我们。
