تو traze کے ساتھ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ میں کچھ بھی کروں لاگ ان نہیں کر سکتا اور ان کی جرات ہوئی کہ مجھے ایک ای میل بھیجا اور بتایا کہ میرا OTP سسٹم security وجوہات کی بنا پر لاک ہو گیا تھا لیکن انہوں نے اس کی وضاحت نہیں کی، اور یہ کہ مجھے 24 گھنٹے انتظار کرنا تھا اور میں نے ایسا کیا اور پھر مجھے اپنا پاس ورڈ دوبارہ ترتیب دینے کا موقع ملا صرف اسی مسئلے کا سامنا کرنے کے لیے اور میرا مسئلہ کسی محکمے یا جو بھی وہ call تھے لے جایا گیا اور سپورٹ نے مجھے بتایا کہ میرا مسئلہ حل ہو گیا ہے، جو کہ جھوٹ ہے اور اس سے پہلے کہ میں پاس ورڈ دوبارہ ترتیب دیتا، مجھے اسی مسئلے کا سامنا تھا کئی بار میں سپورٹ سے بات کرتا اور پھر وہ مجھے بتاتے کہ میرا مسئلہ حل ہو گیا ہے لیکن اب تک یہ حل نہیں ہوا اور اس لیے میں شکایت کر رہا ہوں اور میں traze سے بہت ناخوش ہوں میں اب یہ Broker بھی استعمال نہیں کروں گا، میں traze سے فارغ ہوں

so the problem with traze is that i cannot login no matter what i try and they had the audacity to send me an email and told me that my otp system was locked for security reasons but they did not elaborate on it, and that i had to wait 24hours and so i did and then i got the chance to reset my password only to face the same issue and my problem was taken to some department or whatever they call it and support told me that my problem was fixed, which is a lie and before i resetted my password i was facing the same problem a couple of times i would talk to support and then they would them me that my problem has been sovled but up until now it has not been solved and therefore i am complaining and i am very unhappy with traze i will also not use this broker anymore i am done with Traze
