Most of the time, trading on EBC is smooth, with orders responding within seconds and closing positions being quick and easy. However, during periods of significant market volatility, such as the night of last month's non-farm payroll figures, the close button took two seconds to execute. While I ultimately didn't lose money, it was a real shock. The screen occasionally flickers when switching between product categories, like a poor signal on an old TV. Overall, these minor flaws don't affect trading, but they can be unsettling.
